Bloomingdale Elementary Music

Hello, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Stephanie “Tina” Bertuca and I currently live in Coloma with my husband Tony, our two sons Austin and Braden, my cat Tinker Bell and our dog Jaycee. The boys come to school with me and are in 4th grade and 3^rd grade. I graduated from South Haven High School in 1991 and went on to attend Hope College. At Hope I was a music education major with a focus in secondary instrumental music. I swam for the varsity swim team for 2 years in addition to playing in Hope’s Summer Repertory Theatre, Orchestra, Woodwind Quintet, Wind Ensemble and Symphonette. I graduated from Hope in May of 1995 and began teaching for Bloomingdale Public Schools in August of 1995. In May of 2001 I completed my Master’s Degree in Music Education at Western Michigan University. I truly love teaching at Bloomingdale and enjoy watching the students progress from Kindergarten kids to 5^th grade students.
