It is possible to set up junk mail or spam mail filters for your bdalecards.org email. These are set up through a company called Postini. Your e-mail goes through their filters before they reach our servers and your inbox. Your virus filter is set automatically when your account was set up. You will have to go in and set up your junk mail setting yourself. To do this, go to the www.btc-bci.com webpage. Go to the lower left corner of the page and click on "Message Center", then type in your full e-mail address. (yourname@bdalecards.org) You will then also have to enter your password.
On the Postini page, click on the upper left corner where it says, "junk mail settings", then click the "ON" button, then set the level at which you want your junk mail filtered. This will not filter everything. Spammers always find ways around these filters.
Postini will send out an e-mail at least once a week that will tell you that you have potential junk mail. Postini automatically generates these e-mails. You can follow this link and view your junk mail. You can also read any mail there or have it delivered to your mailbox.
