  • This RFP is seeking maintenance support for existing network and phone infrastructure as detailed below.
  • All quotes must be submitted with the understanding that implementation may be dependent upon
    • E-rate funding approval by the SLD
    • Budgeting Conditions at the time
  • The intent is that contingent contracts will be made between Dec 1, 2006 and Jan 30, 2007 .  Purchase and installation of products and services will be between Jul 1, 2007 and Jun 30, 2008
  • Please submit proposals no later than January 15, 2007
  • Please mail, email, or fax all quotations to the above contact.
  • The following specifications are to be used as guidelines in quoting a solution.
  • Because some of the possibility that some aspects of this RFP may not be E-rate eligible, components and labor tasks should be itemized and specified as being eligible or ineligible.
  • While it is our desire to have one contract to cover both networking and phone system maintenance, the two should be quoted separately. It is possible for one company to get one contract and a different company the other.

Bloomingdale Schools is seeking a maintenance contract with the following specifications:

 

  • Maintenance and repair of existing LAN infrastructure
  • Maintenance and repair of existing phone system infrastructure

(For the purpose of this RFP, infrastructure means cabling, mounts and jacks and includes replacement if necessary.)

  • Trouble-shooting and configuration for domain controllers, dns and dhcp servers, and isa server
  • Specify number of hours of labor, specific hardware included and the total cost for the July 1, 2007 – June 30, 2008 fiscal year. Be  sure to separate phone and Lan costs.
